Flat98 Talent grew from a career spent helping institutions navigate consequential decisions across financial regulation, international policy, executive leadership, and strategic advisory work.
After relocating to the Netherlands, Justin saw firsthand how difficult it can be for accomplished professionals to translate their experience into a new market—and how difficult it can be for employers to identify trusted, internationally minded talent. Flat98 Talent was created to bridge that gap through thoughtful introductions, careful judgment, and relationships built for the long term.
